Shipping, cancelling, and returns of orders

  • Orders may be cancelled up to one hour after placement via email communication.
  • We ship only in the U.S. via USPS and UPS.
  • We try to ship within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends- unexpected circumstances may defer this timeframe but customers will be notified if there are any delays or shipment complications.
  • Due to the nature of the products we offer we do not accept product returns at this time unless the order is returned via "return to sender" and the complete package never opened.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.  We can assist in claims and refunds if applicable for orders not delivered by the carrier. 
  • Some items may ship separatly.
